Shala is an IT professional with over 15 years of experience across network engineering and technical support. She began her career in the Oil & Gas industry, serving as a Network Engineer and Lead Technical Support Engineer, where she provided onsite networking, hardware, and application support—including working aboard crude oil vessels and supporting users at corporate campuses.
She later worked as an Onsite Support Technician for an IT solutions firm serving hedge funds and private equity clients, delivering high-level support both onsite and remotely.
Shala is known for her strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, along with her ability to mentor others and manage competing priorities. She is passionate about continuous learning and enjoys coding in her spare time to explore new technologies.
