Andy Lapteff

As Senior Product Marketing Manager of Data Center at Nokia, Andy creates product portfolio collateral to drive awareness of and engagement with Nokia’s Data Center portfolio. He brings a wealth of experience in the CX and network engineering disciplines. 

Most recently, he served as a Product Manager at Juniper Networks, focused on improving CX. Prior to Juniper, Andy spent 15 years as a network engineer managing large Data Center WAN environments, including Comcast and Fiserv. 

Andy loves problem-solving, storytelling, and giving back to the network engineering community. His contributions to the network engineering community can be found across multiple media platforms, including The Art of Network Engineering podcast. Andy serves on the Pennsylvania Networking User Group’s planning committee, a local chapter of the US Networking User Association.

Anil Varanasi

Anil Varanasi is the CEO of Meter, a San Francisco-based company that provides internet infrastructure for businesses. He co-founded the company with his brother, Sunil, in 2015. Meter’s full-stack approach combines hardware, software, and operations to provide enterprise-grade networks that are faster, more accessible, and more secure. Anil is also a member of the board of The Roots of Progress, a nonprofit dedicated to establishing a new philosophy of progress for the 21st century. He graduated from George Mason University with degrees in both economics and computer networking.

Aninda Chatterjee

Aninda Chatterjee holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science. His networking career started at AT&T, troubleshooting Layer 1 circuit issues, eventually transitioning to customer support at Cisco TAC, specializing in Layer 2.

After his stint at Cisco TAC, he has held several roles across different organizations, with functions including escalation support for enterprise and data center engineering, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise and data center networks, and technical marketing for Cisco Software Defined Access (SDA), Juniper Networks and Nokia data center solutions.

Colin Doyle

Colin Doyle started his networking journey in 1999, eager for a front-row seat to the pending global collapse promised by the Y2K bug. After overcoming his disappointment when zombies failed to flood the streets, he joined a start-up and traveled the world for 10+ years building meeting networks for standards bodies. This lifestyle became incompatible with his interests when he met his wife and started a family, so he moved on to a networking systems integrator, then an networking equipment manufacturer.

Colin currently works as a Principal Consulting Engineer at Nokia focused on data center fabrics and AI. He enjoys learning new things, teaching what he knows, and building lego sets with his son because that's what his son is into and it's totally not because Colin really geeks out on legos even though he's in his 40's...

J is Technical Director for Systems Design for AMD where he works to coordinate and lead strategy on various industry initiatives related to systems architecture, including advanced networking and storage. He has a unique ability to dissect and explain complex concepts and strategies, and is passionate about the inner workings and application of emerging technologies.

J has previously held roles in both startup and Fortune 100 companies as a Field CTO, R&D Engineer, Solutions Architect, and Systems Engineer. Mike Bushong

Vice President of Data Center at Nokia, where he has remit over strategy and go-to-market. Mike joined Nokia having served separately as the General Manager for Juniper Networks’ Data Center and Software businesses, during which time he led efforts in data center operations, multicloud, and automation, including leading the acquisition of Apstra. Mike has also led Brocade’s Data Center and Software businesses, having driven product and strategy for data center switching, automation, SDN, and NFV.
