Jeff McLaughlin

I lead a team of product managers and technical marketing engineers at Cisco Systems. I work on unifying our enterprise networking experience across our different platforms, and some exciting new things like digital twin and sustainability. I used to lead a large team of technical marketing engineers covering Cisco's enterprise networking and security products, as well as our competitive research team.

I've done a lot of jobs in this industry, from help desk guy, to in-house network engineer, to TAC support for routing protocols, to partner sales engineer. I am an active double CCIE in Enterprise Infrastructure/Security (#14023), a former JNCIE Service Provider (#2332), and a Hall of Fame Speaker at Cisco Live.
