Chris Grundemann
For the past two decades, I've worked across network infrastructure operations: service providers, data centers, interconnection platforms, and emerging infrastructure like AI compute and edge networks. I've seen what works and what doesn't when organizations build or transform their NetOps—from manual, siloed operations to automated, agile systems.
At Khadga Consulting, I advise executives on the full journey: the technology decisions, the organizational design, and the cultural foundations that separate successful operations from expensive tool "shelfware."
I organize AutoCon (1,000+ infrastructure professionals annually), chair the OIX Association, and co-founded IX-Denver. I hold 8 patents in network technology. But more importantly, I've helped infrastructure operators navigate the messy reality of network operations at scale: the part that doesn't fit in vendor slide decks.
