My background spans platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven workflows, with a focus on building scalable systems. I’ve worked across engineering, product, and operations to identify high-value opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and deliver them into production environments where they drive measurable impact.
More recently, I've focused on agentic AI systems, including building workflows that leverage LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and automation to reduce manual effort and improve consistency across teams. I’m particularly interested in designing systems that are not only technically sound, but also usable, reliable, and adopted in real-world environments.
